India and the US may work together to launch a space flight carrying humans to the international space station.

Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and US President Barack Obama have agreed to work jointly for future lunar missions, international space station, human space flight and data sharing.

Both countries have agreed to restart the Civil Space Joint Working Group by the beginning of 2011, according to PTI.

A joint statement said the possibility of cooperation between the two nations in space, to advance scientific knowledge and human welfare, were without boundaries and limits.
